Terms of Service
Last updated: [DOPLNIT_DATUM]. These terms govern cooperation between the ADWstudio web studio and its clients. We keep them readable — fair to you and to us.
1. Introductory provisions
Services are provided by [DOPLNIT_NAZEV], company ID (IČO): [DOPLNIT_ICO], registered office: [DOPLNIT_SIDLO] (“the provider”). The client is any natural or legal person ordering services from the provider (“the client”). By submitting an inquiry, confirming a quote, or ordering website care, the client confirms they have read these terms.
2. Scope of services
- custom websites, e-shops, and web applications,
- website care and maintenance via monthly plans (credit system),
- related services — copywriting, deployment, domain, hosting, consultations.
3. Project flow
- Brief — the client submits an inquiry (e.g. via the website configurator) and we refine the scope together.
- Quote and price — the provider confirms the final price upfront; the configurator price is an estimate.
- Design and build — the client sees live previews throughout and sends feedback.
- Launch — after approval and payment the site is deployed to the domain.
4. Revisions and changes
The website price includes two rounds of revisions. A revision round means one consolidated list of comments sent by the client on the presented design; please send feedback in batches, not one by one.
- Revisions beyond the two rounds, or requests beyond the original brief, are billed separately — per the price list, or within a care plan (credits).
- Editing existing content (text, price, photo, small changes) is a normal revision. A new feature or extension (new section, page, functionality, integration) is not a revision and is always quoted separately in advance.
5. Price and payment terms
- The price follows the confirmed quote; the configurator estimate is not a binding offer.
- The provider may require an advance payment (typically 50% of the price) before starting work.
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Website care is billed monthly, or annually in advance.
6. Copyright and licence
The created website is the provider's copyrighted work. The licence to use the website and the handover of source files pass to the client only upon full payment of the agreed price. Until then, the client may view the work as previews; production launch and file handover follow payment. Upon full payment the client obtains a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the website for their business.
7. Hosting and website care
- The website may run on hosting arranged by the provider (a paid service per the current price list) or on the client's own hosting — deployment to third-party hosting may be charged.
- Care and maintenance run as monthly credit plans; current terms and pricing are on the Website care page. Unused credits do not roll over on monthly billing; on annual billing they roll over until the end of the paid period.
8. Domain
We recommend the domain be registered directly in the client's name (it is the client's property). The provider can manage it technically on request.
9. Liability
- The provider is not liable for content supplied by the client (copy, photos, the legal compliance of the client's offering).
- The provider is not liable for outages of third-party services (hosting, domain registries, payment gateways, email services) or damage caused by their failure.
- The provider's total liability is limited to the price actually paid for the affected service.
10. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code. The provider may reasonably amend these terms; ongoing projects follow the version effective when the quote was confirmed. Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
These terms are effective from [DOPLNIT_DATUM].
