2. What data we process
We only process data you provide to us yourself:
- Data from the inquiry configurator and contact form: your full name, email, phone number, and information about your project (project type, scope, add-ons, timeline, your message, and the estimated price calculated by the configurator).
- Communication data: the content of our communication (email, phone, WhatsApp) and data needed to manage the project and invoicing.
- Technical data in your browser: the site stores only technical choices in your browser's localStorage (language, your inquiry draft) — this stays on your device and contains no personal data. See the Cookie Policy for details.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your inquiry and project communication — negotiating and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Answering questions, keeping project records, and protecting our legal claims — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations — in particular accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Consent — where processing is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Processors and data sharing
We share your data, only to the extent necessary, with these categories of processors:
- Website hosting and operations — the hosting provider / platform the site runs on (e.g. Netlify).
- Form service provider — the service that delivers inquiries submitted through the site.
- Email and communication services — for delivering and managing communication.
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their marketing. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA happens only with GDPR safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
5. Retention period
We keep data for the duration of handling your inquiry, the course of our cooperation, and statutory periods (in particular accounting and tax). After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

In relation to the processing of personal data you have the right to:

- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
