Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026. This policy describes how the ADWstudio web studio handles the personal data of website visitors and clients.

1. Data controller
The data controller is BudaCompound s.r.o., company ID (IČO): 30001358, registered office: Palackého nám. 152, 665 01 Rosice, Czech Republic, registered in the Czech Commercial Register kept by Krajský soud v Brně, file reference C 153802 (“we” or “the controller”). We operate this website under the ADWstudio brand.

2. What data we process
We process only the necessary minimum of data:
- Data from the inquiry configurator and contact form: your full name, email, phone number, and information about your project (project type, scope, add-ons, timeline, your message, and the estimated price calculated by the configurator).
- Communication data: the content of our communication (email, phone, WhatsApp) and data needed to manage the project and invoicing.
- Technical data in your browser: the site stores only technical choices in your browser's localStorage (language, your inquiry draft) – this stays on your device and contains no personal data. See the Cookie Policy for details.
- Anonymous visit statistics: we measure traffic with a cookie-free, first-party solution – when a page loads, the visited URL and the approximate source of the visit (referring page) are recorded. Nothing is stored in your browser and no visitor profiles are created.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your inquiry and project communication – negotiating and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Answering questions, keeping project records, and protecting our legal claims – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Basic measurement of website traffic – legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); measurement runs without cookies and without profiling.
- Compliance with legal obligations – in particular accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Consent – where processing is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Processors and data sharing
We share your data, only to the extent necessary, with these categories of processors:
- Website hosting and operations – the hosting provider / platform the site runs on (e.g. Netlify).
- Form service provider – the service that delivers inquiries submitted through the site.
- Email and communication services – for delivering and managing communication.
- Visit statistics – anonymous page-view data is processed in our own system (the ADWstudio dashboard).
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their marketing. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA happens only with GDPR safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
5. Retention period
We keep data for the duration of handling your inquiry, the course of our cooperation, and statutory periods (in particular accounting and tax). After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
In relation to the processing of personal data you have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
7. Cookies
The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the separate Cookie Policy. The site currently uses no tracking or analytics cookies.
