Unused credits don't roll over on monthly billing; on annual billing they carry over until the end of the period.
A "change" means editing existing content. New features and pages are quoted upfront — on Partner they draw from your credits.

Work beyond your credits is always confirmed upfront — you can buy more credits or pay per the price list.
Annual billing = 2 months free. It runs until the end of the paid period.
1 000 credits is roughly an hour of work. Every change has an orientation price in credits — see the calculator above. On an annual plan, unused credits carry over to the next month.
Yes, anytime — the change takes effect from the next month.
We'll let you know in advance and agree on next steps. You can buy more credits, or pay for the extra work per the price list — the higher the plan, the better the rate per 1 000 credits.
On Grow and Partner we send a monthly report. On other plans, a work summary is available anytime on request.
Yes. We start with a short free technical audit so we know what we're taking over — then we look after your site as if it were our own.
No. Monthly billing runs with no commitment; the annual option simply saves you two months.
